You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers truly redefine how their workplaces function with Framery's Smart Office Solutions. This position will primarily focus on the onboarding phase of our digital services working closely with sales representatives and customer operations professionals.
Your responsibilities include: Owning the Onboarding Process: Taking ownership of Framery's Smart Office Solutions customer onboarding initiatives in close collaboration with sales representatives and our Customer Success team.
Collaborating Cross-functionally: Working with sales representatives, customer operations professionals, and internal teams to execute seamless customer journeys.
Driving Product Adoption: Guiding new customers to successful adoption and ongoing engagement with digital services like Framery Connect™, Room Sensors™, Room Display™, and Space Overview™.
Inspiring Action: Ensuring communications resonate with customers and motivate them to take action, especially regarding technical aspects and solutions.
Managing Success Metrics: Handling a high volume of interactions with a proactive approach, focusing on activity metrics, customer retention, and lifetime value.
