Senior Operations Development Lead / Senior Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Senior Operations Development Lead / Senior Program Manager to join our team in Helsinki, Tampere or Oulu.

The team you will be working in specializes in helping customers develop their operations, business processes, IT operating models, and transformation capabilities. Our assignments range from complex multi-stream development programs and business technology transformations to organizational change and interim leadership roles.

In this role, you will help customers clarify direction, structure ambiguous situations, improve ways of working, and turn strategic goals into practical execution. You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders, build bridges between different parts of the organization, and lead change in a hands-on and pragmatic way.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in leading large-scale development initiatives and transformation programs, acting as a trusted sparring partner for both executives and employees, and helping organizations move in the right direction. You are comfortable moving between strategic advisory, program leadership and hands-on execution depending on the customer's needs, maturity, and scale.
