Marketing Manager, Boulevard Tech Oy

Boulevard Tech is building an AI-powered product for regulation. We operate in a trust-heavy, credibility-driven space where clear thinking and precise communication matter more than hype.

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to own go-to-market execution. This is our first dedicated marketing hire and a hands-on role working closely with the founders and the commercial team.

What this role is really about

You won't be handed a ready-made marketing machine. You'll help decide what's worth doing, test ideas quickly, and focus on work that supports real sales conversations and pipeline. Learning fast and adjusting is part of the job.

What you'll do in practice

You'll shape messaging and positioning, turn them into clear content and campaigns, and work closely with sales to convert market feedback into better pipeline.

Working model

Our working model is hybrid. At the same time, the role is deliberately office-centric. Our office is located in central Helsinki, and close, day-to-day collaboration with founders and the team is a key part of the role. The expectation is to work primarily from the Helsinki office on a daily basis, while hybrid flexibility supports the overall way of working.
