We are looking for an Account Director to take ownership of enterprise customer relationships and revenue growth. This is a senior, deeply hands-on role, working closely with the founders, the product team, and marketing.
About the role
You will play a central role in building Boulevard Tech's commercial function. In the early stages, new business is strongly supported by founder relationships and contacts. Your responsibility is to take these discussions forward, shape them into structured sales opportunities, and turn them into long-term customer relationships.
You will not step into a ready-made sales organisation. Instead, you will be instrumental in defining how enterprise sales is done at Boulevard Tech: sales processes, account ownership models, pipeline discipline, and CRM practices are all areas you will help build and own.
