About the role

This role is for someone who wants to create impact, not just maintain the status quo. As Clevry's Recruitment and Staffing (RPO) business grows, you will shape how it goes to market - from positioning and messaging to campaigns and content that drive real pipeline. You will own the marketing strategy and execution for our RPO offering, working closely with the RPO team and reporting to the Head of Marketing.

While your focus will be primarily on RPO, you will also contribute to the broader Clevry marketing team to ensure a consistent and unified brand as the business scales.

This is a role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will define the direction and deliver it in practice, building the function as we grow. We're not looking for someone to follow a playbook - but someone who can contribute to building it.

What you'll work on

Define how Clevry's RPO offering shows up in market - the positioning, the messaging, the channels - and ensure it connects naturally to the wider Clevry brand and platform narrative

Building and executing demand generation campaigns that drive awareness and pipeline, from planning to optimisation

Planning and executing Account-Based Marketing campaigns targeting key enterprise accounts - from audience selection and personalised messaging to multi-channel activation and pipeline tracking
