Purpose

of

the

role:

The mission of this role is to actively support and enable the sales process by providing strong technical expertise that drives successful product and service offerings. It contributes to increasing sales performance by preparing accurate and competitive quotations, advising customers and the sales team on optimal solutions, and ensuring alignment between technical requirements, commercial conditions, and delivery commitments. The role acts as a key link between customers and internal teams, helping to resolve issues, support order execution, and enhance customer satisfaction, while facilitating efficient sales operations and contributing to the achievement of business targets.

Responsibilities

  • include:
  • Provide technical advice to the sales team and customers to develop, sell, and successfully implement product or service solutions that will meet the customer’s needs.
  • Prepare quotations to customers to meet their technical requirements and expectations, commercial conditions from sales, and delivery times from the factory.
  • Respond to enquiries from the organization's sales force or customers about the technical aspects of the organization's products and services.
  • Support sales and the distribution channel and manage complaints and issues affecting customer orders, liaising where necessary with sales, service, finance and operations in an effort to solve order issues.
  • Follow systems specifications and formalized representations of solutions (for example, flow charts, models) to configure systems that meet customer needs.
  • Liaise with product management to ensure that products and services are modified, configured, and installed according to customer needs.
  • Processing of purchase orders and tracking of bookings across all platforms.

Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Maintenance, Automation, Logistics, Management Control Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in service planning/coordination, industrial maintenance, repair workshops, or operational supply chain, or related activities.
  • Intermediate to advanced technical English (preferred).
