At Roche, our entry point for all employees and managers is the People Portal, and the team enabling People & Culture (P&C) work is called the People Support Team.
The People Support members act as the first point of contact for P&C-related enquiries and services for all Roche people (employees, candidates, contingents, retirees, managers, P&C colleagues, etc.) while executing Employee Lifecycle Management activities and tasks.
What you’ll do:
Support the People Support Operations team with inquiries and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and timely service.
Assist with HR system data maintenance and basic reporting.
Contribute to process documentation (SOPs, work instructions) and knowledge updates.
Apply customer service principles while engaging with employees and stakeholders.
Learn to monitor service quality and support compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and data privacy rules.
Build relationships with P&C colleagues and customers to support effective service delivery.
Contribute to achieving global consistency and high-quality service through teamwork and collaboration.
