Store Assistants for the summer

We opened Cocopanda Tripla in May 2025 and are thrilled with the incredible start of our very first store in Finland! Our ambition is to set the standard for customer experience in the beauty industry, while creating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment for both employees and customers. We offer a wide and carefully curated selection of beauty products at competitive prices. We are now looking for Store Assistants to join our team this summer. We are looking for flexible and motivated team members who are available to work throughout the summer, with increased availability in July and varying shifts in June and August.

As a store associate, a key part of your role will be to assist and guide customers with their questions and needs. It is important that the store shelves are always well-stocked so that customers have access to what they need. Our stores are meant to be destinations, and we strive to provide our customers with an extraordinarily pleasant and unique shopping experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Sales, service, and customer care

Answering product-related questions

Product presentation and merchandising

Other general store duties

The ideal candidate is skilled, engaged, motivated, and outgoing.

You are service-minded, take responsibility, and are genuinely interested in creating great customer experiences. You help spread joy—to yourself, your colleagues, and our customers. You are responsible and solution oriented. Creativity and a commercial mindset are a plus. You must be over 18 years old.

In addition, you have:

Work experience in sales/customer service

Preferably education in skincare, hairdressing, cosmetics, or sales and service
