About the Role You will take a central role in a production-focused IT support function where stability, responsiveness, and close collaboration with the business are key. Working near the factory environment, you will help ensure that production-critical IT systems run reliably and that the support team has clear direction in day-to-day operations. This role combines team leadership, operational coordination, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with production, engineering, and IT to understand needs, prioritise efforts, and turn operational challenges into structured actions. Job DescriptionYou will act as the main contact for stakeholders across the production value streams. You will lead, coordinate, and support the daily work of the IT support team. You will help secure stable operation of production-critical IT systems and support services. You will translate needs from production users and operators into clear requirements for IT technicians. You will describe project needs and help plan the required IT and operational capacity. You will support the production organisation with cost balancing and financial follow-up. You will follow up on support statistics, KPIs, and operational data to identify improvements. You will act as a key contact during incidents that affect production and contribute to fast, structured resolution.
