Pay - 22.45/Hr.
Job Description:
Set up equipment in preparation for startup, responsible for making precision cuts to carcass and separate meat from bone to achieve desired carcass yield., while also being able to adhere to good safety practices, food safety policies, and company policies.
Responsible for setting up area with all needed equipment.
Monitor production area for trash and food debris on floor.
Perform various other tasks as assigned by Lead person, Supervisor or Superintendent.
Average training time may require 2-3 months.
