We are seeking a maternity leave substitute (6months) to join our dynamic team as a Technology & Business Development Specialist. Responsibilities
- Support technology and business strategy projects, contributing to the development and implementation of innovative solutions.
- Drive internal AI strategy projects, including hackathons, to foster a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform decision-making and strategy formulation.
- Leverage your consulting experience to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the team.
- Utilize PowerBI and other business analytics tools to visualize and communicate complex data and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure successful project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Requirements
- A strong foundation in qualitative and quantitative analysis, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data.
- Experience in consulting, even through internships, providing valuable exposure to business strategy and problem-solving.
- A passion for AI and machine learning, with experience in driving internal AI strategy projects. Familiarity with hackathons and their potential to foster innovation and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in PowerBI or similar business analytics tools, enabling effective data visualization
