Job description:Do you want to turn real customer issues in the field into verified, robust solutions that improve uptime for Volvo Buses worldwide? Are you looking for a cross-functional, agile team where test and system engineering directly shapes customer quality and the ownership experience? We are looking for our next colleague who wants to contribute with their expertise in system and test engineering.

What you will doAs a Test & System Engineer, you will be part of a team that ensures Volvo Buses customer quality issues are resolved. Your work spans the full journey, from understanding failure mode in the field to supporting root cause investigations aimed at reproducing them. You will also contribute in developing, verifying, and validating new solutions.

This will include different types of testing and measurements during all phases such as temperature and pressure, flow, interior climate, stress measurements with strain gauges and powertrain behavior.
