What you’ll do:
As a
Delivery Manager
, you will own end‑to‑end delivery within the Customer Information Management (CIM) / Telecom BSS domain, driving predictable, high‑quality delivery across countries, teams, and stakeholders.
Drive end‑to‑end delivery
across initiatives, programmes, and countries within the CIM domain
Plan, coordinate, and control
delivery across multiple agile teams and ARTs
Act as a key interface between business
, IT, and external partners, ensuring strong stakeholder alignment
Safeguard reuse
, standardisation, and architectural integrity across markets
Maintain and continuously improve
agile ways of working (Scrum, SAFe)
Facilitate
delivery forums, ceremonies, and cross‑team collaboration
Own and refine
delivery backlogs together with Product Owners and Product Management
Track progress, dependencies, risks, and quality
in Jira and Confluence, reporting transparently
Secure
operational readiness and smooth handover to operations
What will help you thrive in this role:
You are a structured, pragmatic delivery leader who is comfortable operating in complex, multi‑market environments.
Proven experience as a
Delivery Manager, Programme Manager, or Senior Agile Delivery Lead
Solid hands‑on experience in
Telecom BSS domains
(e.g. customer/party data, CRM, billing, order management)
Strong understanding of
scaled agile frameworks (SAFe) and Scrum
