About this role

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver process mining initiatives using Celonis and Microsoft Process Mining (Power Automate Process Mining / Process Advisor), supporting clients across discovery, analysis, and value realization phases.
• Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines for process mining use cases, including data extraction, transformation, enrichment, and loading from enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, ITSM, custom applications).
• Work closely with customers to translate business questions and process improvement goals into analytical requirements, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Build process models, variants, performance analyses, conformance checks, and root-cause analyses tailored to customer-specific scenarios.
• Develop custom dashboards, reports, and insights that clearly communicate findings to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability of process mining solutions through strong data engineering practices.
• Collaborate with automation, analytics, and business teams to identify process optimization and automation opportunities based on mining insights.
• Support proofs of concept (PoCs), pilots, and full-scale deployments, including solution design, storytelling, and value demonstration.
• Contribute to best practices, accelerators, and reusable assets for process mining and intelligent automation offerings.
