Senior Project Manager
About this role
Enersense Engineering is currently seeking Senior Project Managers to support our clients' data centre projects across several locations in Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis, and the position is available to start as soon as possible.
As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of large-scale data centre projects or major project sections, with accountability for safety, quality, schedule, cost and client satisfaction.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Own end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety performance
Lead multidisciplinary teams across CSA, MEP, commercial, and support functions
Act as primary client and stakeholder interface, ensuring clear communication and alignment
Develop and execute project delivery strategies to meet agreed timelines and budgets Oversee planning, scheduling, progress tracking, cost control, forecasting, and change management
Lead project reporting, reviews, and performance management for all stakeholders
Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards across all activities
Requirements
- 10-15+ years of experience in project management within construction, engineering or related sectors
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects, preferably within data centres or other mission-critical environments
- Solid understanding of construction contracts, project delivery models and risk management
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive and results-driven approach
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure project environments
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
