You’ll collaborate closely with product, design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.</p><p>While your primary focus will be the LMS platform, you’ll also have opportunities to engage with the wider engineering organisation through knowledge-sharing sessions and cross-team collaboration.</p><p><strong>Location &amp; Working Model:</strong></p><p>Tønsberg, Norway (hybrid)</p><p>Dublin, Ireland (occasional office presence – typically quarterly, up to monthly)</p><p><strong>Please note:</strong> This role is only open to candidates currently based in Ireland or Norway. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not supported.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Build and deliver full-stack features using Laravel (PHP) and Vue.js</p></li><li><p>Work within an existing system, contributing to ongoing development and improvement</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and optimise application performance</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, CloudOps and Engineers</p></li><li><p>Participate in agile processes including stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives</p></li><li><p>Contribute to code quality through testing, reviews and best practices</p></li><li><p>Engage in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience building full-stack applications using <strong>PHP (Laravel)</strong> and modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js preferred)</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of <strong>RESTful APIs and MVC architecture</strong></p></li><li><p>Comfortable working in an <strong>existing codebase</strong>, not just greenfield environments</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g. MySQL)</p></li><li><p>Collabor
