Are you passionate about shaping the future of people and how they can have impact on organizational success? We are looking for a forward-thinking Head of People & Organizational Development in Zurich to build a future-ready organization by redefining how we develop talent, leaders, and teams.

This role goes beyond traditional Learning & Development. You will shape organizational development through strategic and conceptual initiatives, with a strong focus on performance management, leadership and transformation – ensuring the organization continuously evolves and delivers sustainable impact.

What would your role be?

People Development Strategy & Organizational Impact -

Define and execute a modern People Development strategy aligned with business priorities and model, shape our culture and performance model through innovation and implement accordingly, enable a shift toward a skills-based organization with clear capability frameworks that are future-proof, diagnose organizational needs and identify high-impact levers across performance, leadership, and ways of working

Performance Management & Growth -

Evolve and modernize the performance management framework to drive continuous feedback and development, integrate performance, learning, and career progression / promotion into a coherent growth system, enable managers to lead high-quality performance and development conversations, support the shift from annual reviews to continuous, growth-oriented performance practices, use data and insights to identify performance trends and capability gaps, ensure performance management reinforces a high-performance, feedback-driven culture

AI-Enhanced Learning & Future Skills -

Lead the development of AI-enabled learning ecosystems (e.g., personalized learning, adaptive content, learning copilots), identify and embed AI as a core capability across the workforce, leverage data and analytics to continuously improve learning impact

Transformation & Change

Define the strategic and conceptual POD agenda for transformation, identifying key needs in leadership, capabilities, culture, and ways of working, translate strategic priorities into structured development content and initiatives, connect all aspects of the HR lifecycle and harmonize these based on the POD principles

Leadership & Facilitation -

Design and deliver impactful leadership and development journeys that continuously build on different managerial levels and are in line with our values and key competences, act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing direct coaching and facilitating workshops, offsites, influence mindset and introduce a life-long learning setup, drive organizational transformation by shaping leadership behavior, enabling new ways of working, and is directly link to the business goals

What are we looking for?

Extensive experience in a leading business role and in leading people

Strong track record in facilitation, moderation, and hands-on workshop delivery

Proven ability to coach leaders and senior stakeholders

Experience designing and implementing modern, scalable learning ecosystems

Solid understanding of AI in learning and workforce transformation (practical application preferred)

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Excellent communication, presence, and influencing skills
