About this role

AMETEK Finland is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as our Production Process Operator at our Finland unit that currently locates at Espoo.

You as our new Production Process Operator will play a crucial role in executing precise production processes to ensure the punctual delivery of AMETEK Finland's products. You will also actively contribute to upholding top-notch production quality and readily engage in various manufacturing tasks as required. As our Production Process Operator, you will be part of a diverse team of experts. The team will offer you the support and encouragement necessary for your success.

Your Key Responsibilities:Process production jobs accurately and with high precision. Main focus on production tasks is on detector testing and assembling activities.

Main responsibility is to work with production lots. Additionally processing of engineering lots and development project batches as needed.

Handling and storing process data of the production work for quality control purposes.

Work with practices to maintain workplace 5S and ESD controls.

Assist in documentation and maintenance of the production processes.

Identification of any issues and improvement opportunities related to production processes and 5S. Implementation of changes always as agreed with management, quality, and engineering team members.

Perform window incoming materials inspection (all covers).

Ensure that the material flows correctly to and from MRB

Maintain that the quantity of MRB PM & final assembly materials physically and in ERP system is matched.

Being active and alert in occupational safety matters.

Assembling and testing of direct shipment production lot's that are ordered from AMETEK Finland in timely manner.

You are responsible for achieving production and on time delivery targets to support customer demand.
