About the job

As a Business Controller for Group Real State, you will act as a strategic partner for Alfa Laval's management, helping to create a unified perspective on business performance. Throughout the year, you will be involved in business planning, quarterly forecasting, and both regular financial follow-ups within Real Estate as well as ad-hoc projects. Your role will be to both support and challenge the respective management teams.

This position is based in Lund, reporting to the Manager Group Controlling & FP&A. The Group Controlling function is part of the Finance Transformation department, and you will participate in various change initiatives. Our team works to standardize and harmonize finance processes, implement modern digital solutions, and deliver superior analytics and insights.
