About the role: Are you ready to take the next step in your Motor claims career path? We are seeking a proactive, customer focused Claims Handler who will have responsibility to manage a portfolio of motor related personal injury claims, from first notification to settlement. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, assessing liability and quantum, progressing claims through the Personal Injuries Resolution Board (PIRB) process, and handling litigation claims where necessary. You will also be required to identify early settlement opportunities to deliver fair outcomes and reduce claim lifecycles, whilst always providing excellent customer service. What are we looking for: 3+ years’ experience handling motor claims – exposure to injury claims is an advantage You must be APA qualified (CIP is a distinct advantage) and fully compliant with Minimum Competency Requirements. Knowledge of the Irish Personal Injury landscape and the Personal Injury Resolution Board process Professional and confident communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as a team with the shared main objective of providing industry leading claims service. Strong organisational and time management skills. Can do attitude
