We are now looking for a Group Accountant to join our central Group Accounting function. The role is a key position within the Boliden Group and plays an important part in ensuring accurate, transparent and high-quality financial reporting in a listed company environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work broadly with group accounting, IFRS and consolidation, in close collaboration with several central functions, while contributing to the development of processes and systems within a complex and socially important business.

Your opportunity

As a Group Accountant, you work with Group accounting and reporting at consolidated level. The role includes responsibility for parts of the group closing process, application and interpretation of IFRS, and close collaboration with subsidiaries and internal functions. You actively contribute to ensuring high quality in financial reporting and participate in development and improvement initiatives related to both accounting processes and system support.

Who you will work with

You will be part of Boliden’s Group Accounting team and report to the Head of Group Accounting. The team works closely with Group Controlling, Group Treasury, Investor Relations, IT, the Shared Service Center, as well as external auditors. The role offers many interfaces and involves close collaboration across organisational boundaries.
