About the role
As a Vehicle Manager, you will be central in developing customized defence vehicles — from early customer needs and concept studies to final verification and delivery.
You will work closely with customers and be part of a supportive, cross functional team that includes colleagues from design, production, purchasing, sales and body builders. Together, you ensure that our products meet high expectations in reliability, performance and functionality.
This role suits you who enjoy combining technical problem solving with collaboration and a clear customer focus.

- Use Scania’s modular toolbox and your problem solving skills to develop smart, value creating solutions.
- Work in close partnership with designers, sales teams and international customers.

- It is a plus if you have:
- A university or college degree in engineering (e.g., Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent experience.
- Experience in chassis composition or working with complete vehicle systems.
- Fluent English, spoken and written.
