<h2><span>The short version</span></h2><p><span>You’ll build the backend systems and integrations that make Kelluu’s autonomous airship platform work in the real world. You'll build standardized, automated and reliable integrations to external systems that will enable our customers to get real-time data they can trust.</span></p><h2><span>About Kelluu</span></h2><p><span>We are turning the real world into a digital one, with accuracy down to the smallest detail. We’re a NATO DIANA alumni with several thousands of hours of autonomous BVLOS flight experience, active programmes across multiple nations, and a rapidly growing team. We operate in both defence and civilian markets: the same technology that supports border security also monitors critical infrastructure and the environment.</span></p><h2><span>Why this role exists</span></h2><p><span>Kelluu is integrating with multilateral defense frameworks and sovereign government environments, and we're actively developing the process. We need someone to build standardised, automated integration pipelines, harden our infrastructure, and make our platform something customers can plug into with confidence.</span></p><h2><span>What you’ll own</span></h2><p><span>You’ll own the backend systems and integration layer that connects Kelluu’s platform to the outside world.</span></p><p><span><strong>The impact you’ll have:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Build standardised integration pipelines that replace manual, error-prone processes — so customers get reliable, real-time data without our team hand-holding every connection</span></p></li><li><p><span>Automate infrastructure provisioning, testing, and deployment so the platform scales with the business</span></p></li><li><p><span>Define and maintain well-documented API interfaces that make it straightforward for customers to integrate with Kelluu</span></p></li><li><p><span>Improve internal engineering quality from code standards to testing pipelines</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prototype and build production pipelines for new capabilities as Kelluu expands into new domains and markets</span></p></li></ul><h2><span>Your team</span></h2><p><span>You’ll work across the software and operations teams. The role touches everything from infrastructure and backend architecture to customer-facing integration work. The team is collaborative, people share knowledge openly, ask the uncomfortable questions, and take ownership beyond their own lane. If you can also communicate directly with customers when needed, even better.</span></p><h2><span>What success looks like</span></h2><p><span><strong>By 3 months, you will have:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Built relationships across the team and with key stakeholders, understanding who does what and why</span></p></li><li><p><span>Developed a solid understanding of the domain, the platform, and relevant NATO standards</span></p></li><li><p><span>Actively contributing to the codebase, owning subsystems, and asking the right questions about architecture and integration patterns</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>By 6 months:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Deep technical understanding of the platform and all its integration points</span></p></li><li><p><span>Leading code reviews, improving team practices, and helping define architecture decisions</span></p></li><li><p><span>Onboarding and mentoring junior engineers, sharing technical knowledge and establishing Kelluu best practices</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>By 12 months:</strong></span></p><ul>&l
