Operations division's task is to execute Finnair's flight operations safely, economically and in a reliable manner. Flight operations entail the pilot resources, flight planning, flight competence optimization, coordination of and compliance to regulations as well as operational maintenance and ground operations. Finnair Technical Operations is responsible for the airworthiness of Finnair fleet. The key objectives of Technical Operations are safety, reliable flight operations and cost-efficient maintenance processes.

Finnair Technical Operations is now looking for a

MANAGER, OPERATIONS EXCELLENCE

to enhance material availability, steer suppliers and enhance cost efficiency. To contribute for those targets you will identify, lead and implement continuous improvements within the Supply Chain team processes and across the organization as well with external stakeholders. This is an interesting opportunity to work in the aviation supply chain and to combine development, supplier steering and self-analytics to improve business results at the core of aviation.

This position is in the Supply Chain department of the Finnair Technical Operations and reports to Head of Supply Chain, this role does not include line manager responsibilities. Our working languages are Finnish and English.
