About the Assignment You will take ownership of a business-critical Active Directory environment in a complex enterprise setting where stability, security, and integration across systems matter every day. The assignment combines hands-on administration with continuous improvement, with a strong focus on domain controller health, replication, DNS integration, and hybrid identity solutions involving Entra. You will work closely with infrastructure, network, and security teams while contributing to upgrades, resilience, and identity-related initiatives across the wider IT landscape. Job DescriptionYou will manage, maintain, and optimize Active Directory environments in an enterprise or multi-domain setup. You will monitor and improve domain controller health, replication, and DNS integration to keep the platform stable and reliable. You will implement and follow up on AD security policies and access control measures. You will support hybrid identity solutions involving Entra and help connect identity services across environments. You will troubleshoot incidents and root causes in the AD environment and drive improvements where needed. You will develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with IT operations, network, and security teams in infrastructure projects and identity-related initiatives. You will take part in system upgrades, patch management, and disaster recovery planning. RequirementsYou have proven experience administering Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS).
