Are you a hands-on technical professional with experience in semiconductor processing or thin film technologies? Beneq, a global leader in ALD solutions, is looking for a Process Technician to join our Advanced ALD team (P-series) in Espoo.

Responsibilities
- As a Process Technician, you will execute ALD coating and development services, ensure equipment readiness, and support process development activities. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, sales teams, and the Process Team Manager to deliver high-quality demonstrations and services to our customers.
- This is a hands-on role where your technical skills and problem-solving ability directly contribute to customer success.
- Execute ALD coating and development services using P-series equipment
- Operate, adjust, and troubleshoot process tools to ensure optimal performance
- Prepare equipment, materials, and setups for service runs
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and basic fault diagnostics
- Monitor process performance and ensure high-quality results
- Document process parameters, results, and service outcomes
- Support customer demos and explain technical aspects when needed
- Collaborate with engineers and sales teams to align services with customer needs
