About this role
You will build and run the shared automation and AI capability across our sales, marketing and customer success teams, reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer. You will work closely with country teams in each market to build the systems and processes that drive pipeline, accelerate deals and improve conversion across the full revenue cycle.

Our platform serves over 15,000 companies and hundreds of accounting firms across Finland, Sweden, Spain and Italy.
Responsibilities
- The core of this role is outbound and pipeline generation — building the systems that help us reach the right prospects, follow up fast, and move deals forward across all four markets.
- Design and run outbound motions end-to-end: target list building, contact enrichment, email and LinkedIn sequencing, and performance tracking
- Automate proposal and offer generation to reduce manual work and speed up the sales cycle
- Build and optimize HubSpot workflows, routing logic, lead scoring and reporting
- Improve inbound lead handling: faster routing, smarter follow-up, better conversion
- Support customer success automations (onboarding flows, health score triggers and renewal reminders) to reduce churn and free up CS time
- Identify process bottlenecks and eliminate manual work through automation using tools like Clay and n8n + AI agents using Claude, Claude code or GhatGPT or similar
- Scale what works in one market to the others, instead of rebuilding from scratch every time
- About half your time will be hands-on: building outbound sequences, enriching contact data, setting up automations, refining HubSpot logic. The rest will be working with country teams to understand their priorities, reviewing what the data is telling you, and documenting what works so
