Job Purpose:

As a

Cash Application Analyst

you will be responsible for processing and allocating incoming payments across multiple countries. Working within a highly automated environment, this role focuses on exceptions, reconciliation, and supporting internal finance teams. The position requires strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

  • Allocate payments to invoices, credit notes, and customer accounts.
  • Process payments (direct debit, credit card, bank transfers).
  • Resolve exceptions.
  • Collaborate with local finance teams across several countries.
  • Support reconciliation and month‑end closing activities.
  • Maintain data accuracy and follow internal procedures.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in Cash Application, AR, Finance, or administrative roles (entry‑level welcome).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work in a high‑volume environment.
  • High level of English
  • required.
  • Comfortable using automated systems and handling exceptions manually.
