  • be a qualified solicitor with a current UK practising certificate

  • disputes, ideally with exposure to construction,
  • engineering
  • or infrastructure matters

  • Your experience may have been gained in private practice or within an
  • in-house
  • legal team, and
  • you’ll
  • be known for your pragmatic, solutions focused approach. Confident engaging with senior stakeholders,
  • you’ll
  • combine strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance legal risk against business priorities and deliver clear, practical advice.
