Responsibilities
- As a Senior Banker in our Commercial Real Estate team, you will play a vital role in providing tailored banking solutions to real estate investors investing in Finland. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex financial landscapes, driving sustainable growth and profitability. Your contributions will enhance our team's reputation in real estate banking across the Nordics.
- In particular, you will: Independently manage your own client portfolio consisting of large investors (corporates and funds) investing in real estate, providing excellent client experiences in collaboration with product teams.
- Offer advisory support during strategic events, tailoring solutions to meet clients' unique needs.
- Drive growth and profitability within your client portfolio and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders across different product units to address complex client requirements.
- Develop and deliver offers, presentations, and proposals.
- Stay informed about technological, economic, and strategic developments in the real estate sector.
