Do you enjoy owning your market, building lasting customer relationships and turning strategy into concrete results?

You'll take responsibility for aftermarket sales across Finland and Scandinavia, working with a strong brand and high-quality products in a truly international environment.

Your key responsibilities:

Growing aftermarket and upgrade sales across your territory

Developing long-term relationships with distributors, OEMs and end customers

Leading and supporting distributor and dealer networks to improve market coverage and performance

Identifying new business opportunities and analysing new prospects and business opportunities in key segments

Translating commercial strategy into clear actions, programs and measurable results

As the owner of your territory, you balance hands-on execution with a clear commercial direction ensuring results show in sustained sales growth, satisfied customers and long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in B2B sales, preferably in off-highway equipment or automotive aftermarket
  • Strong technical understanding of heavy-duty vehicle aftermarket and customer needs
  • A proven track record in achieving sales targets and building profitable business
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, self-directed and customer-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel across the region (approx. 100 days/year)
  • Fluency in Finnish, Swedish and English
