Office Administration Coordinator
Your opportunity
We're currently looking for an Office Administration Coordinator to join our team at Huhtamaki Espoo Headquarters in Finland.
This is a hands-on office operations role, supporting the daily functioning of our Headquarters. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on and visible in the office, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, and likes interacting with people on a daily basis. If you enjoy solving practical problems, supporting others, and being the go-to person in an office environment, this role could be a great fit.
Where you'll be
You will be located at our Espoo HQ in Finland and should be within reasonable commuting distance from here. This is a primarily in-office role.
What you'll be doing
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Office management including working with various stakeholders to ensure safe and great place to work.
Organize and coordinate daily office activities and operations.
Monitoring expenses and budget.
Assuring inventory of office supplies and interacts with vendors.
Organize internal and external events and company meetings.
Prepare meeting rooms, coordinate catering, and manage logistics.
