What will I be doing?
Sales Support ResponsibilitiesProvide sales support across all channels to maximise revenue and achieve commercial targets
Support sales teams and customers, ensuring all requests are handled promptly
Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and reporting within deadlines
Respond to customer queries, resolve issues, and escalate when required
Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient processing and high customer satisfaction
Assist management with ad hoc projects and initiatives
Agency / Trade Partner SupportHandle trade partner inquiries, resolving issues and contractual queries
Distribute fare rules, contracts, and commercial updates accurately
Maintain knowledge of commercial products and market offerings
Manage reservations, ticketing, and fare-related requests, resolving booking issues
Update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and produce reports
Support client/agency events to drive engagement and revenue
Group Sales SupportManage group booking inquiries, quotations, and reservations
Support sales teams to grow group business revenue
Create and monitor group bookings, ensuring compliance with procedures and deadlines
Arrange special services and maintain accurate booking records
Communicate with clients and track bookings through to completion
