About this role

Responsibilities

• As a Credit Controller, you work closely with Accounts Receivable (AR) responsibles and need a solid understanding of AR key functions – financial transactions, book closing and cash collection. You will analyze and review credit limits in line with policies and procedures, actively monitor customer behavior to minimize credit risk, and act as a support function for internal and external stakeholders. As part of credit management processes, you will maintain and continuously update customer credit information in our ERP-systems and credit provider tools, support month- and year-end closing through provisions and management reporting. In addition, you will contribute to a strong team setup by onboarding and supporting new colleagues through training and mentoring—always with a focus on improving our service delivery to internal Sales.
• Ensure full compliance with legal requirements and Alleima Credit Control procedures
• Review and manage credit limits in line with the global Alleima Treasury credit policy
• Perform creditworthiness assessments and deliver timely risk analyses
• Monitor customer behavior and external signals (e.g., credit agencies) and take actions to reduce credit risk
• Flag and communicate risks and potential issues to Finance and Sales management
• Partner closely with Sales—build market insight and negotiate payment terms
