About the Assignment You will join an automotive environment where testing quality, traceability, and fast troubleshooting are central to development. In this assignment, you work close to both HIL setups and real vehicles, helping secure reliable test execution and clear analysis of system behavior. The role suits you if you enjoy hands-on testing, technical investigation, and working with tools that give deep insight into complex systems. You will be part of a setting where structured testing and effective debugging make a real difference. This is an exciting opportunity to combine practical vehicle testing with advanced HIL work and modern test tooling. Job DescriptionYou plan, execute, and follow up tests in HIL environments and in vehicles. You use tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, INCA, and other logging and debugging tools to analyze behavior and identify issues. You investigate faults, trace root causes, and help improve test quality through structured debugging. You work with test management and traceability in tools such as CarWeaver, Elektra, or TeamCenter. You contribute to automated testing using CAPL, Python, or similar test frameworks. You collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure that test activities are well documented and aligned with development needs. RequirementsExperience as a test engineer with testing on HIL and cars. Good knowledge of testing on HIL and cars. Good knowledge of testing tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, INCA, and other logging and debugging tools. Good debugging skills. Swedish driving license. Ability to complete a background check before the assignment starts. Nice to haveFamiliarity with test management and traceability tools such as CarWeaver, Elektra, or TeamCenter. Experience with automat
