Responsibilities

  • 1. Recruitment & Talent Support
  • Support recruitment processes including job postings, candidate coordination, interviews, and onboarding preparation.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure efficient and high-quality hiring processes.
  • Maintain recruitment systems and candidate data.
  • 2. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Coordinate and execute onboarding processes to ensure a professional and smooth employee experience.
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers.
  • 3. Learning & Development
  • Assist in identifying training needs and organizing training activities.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, guidelines, and learning tools.
  • Support the implementation of structured onboarding and training programs.
  • 4. HR Operations & Compliance
  • Ensure HR processes comply with labor laws, internal policies, and agreements.
  • Support managers in basic HR-related matters such as contracts, policies, and procedures.
