About this role

We’re looking for an Applied Scientist to join a collaborative Customer and Marketing‑focused machine learning product team. In this role, you’ll work on real‑world, data‑driven problems that improve customer experience and support marketing decision‑making. You’ll collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to design, test, and deploy machine learning solutions that deliver measurable value. You’ll be part of a function that designs and maintains algorithms across customer‑facing and operational domains, with a particular focus on marketing‑focused data science and machine learning techniques. The team works with rich data sets and applies models at scale while balancing experimentation, responsible decision‑making, and production quality. What you'll be doing Collaborating within a cross‑functional team to design, build, and deploy machine learning solutions Contributing to marketing‑focused data science initiatives (e.g. attribution, incrementality, causal inference, MMM) Supporting the development and scaling of models that drive business outcomes Designing and running experiments to evaluate models and inform product decisions Keeping up to date with developments in the field through research, reading groups, and prototyping Contributing to improvements in code quality, infrastructure, and feature development Sharing knowledge through team discussions, learning sessions, and technical events Actively supporting an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative team culture

About You We’re keen to hear from Applied Scientists or Data Scientists who are curious, thoughtful about their work, and enjoy collaborating with others. You don’t need to meet every requirement below to apply  if the role sounds interesting and aligns with your experience or career goals, we’d encourage you to apply. Experience applying machine learning or statistical methods in a practical or production‑adjacent setting An interest in marketing‑focused data science or machine learning problems (e.g. causal inference, incrementality, MMM) Experience or interest in areas such as causal inference, Bayesian methods, or experimentation Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in machine learning, and familiarity with relevant frameworks A solid understanding of statistical concepts and software development best practices Ability to manage your work, collaborate with others, and deliver models or prototypes aligned with business needs Comfortable working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders An interest in research and innovation; publications or conference contributions are welcome but not required
