As Junior Service Integrator, you will be a vital part of the Service Integration Office, responsible for coordinating, following up, and enhancing IT services delivered by various internal and external providers. You will collaborate closely with service owners and suppliers to ensure adherence to agreed processes, quality standards, and governance models. Work tasks
This role involves supporting daily IT Service Management activities, including change management, reporting, and coordination with stakeholders and suppliers. You will also contribute to maintaining service documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support day-to-day IT Change management, reporting, and other IT Service Management activities
Assist in coordination and follow-up with external suppliers and internal stakeholders
Help maintain service documentation, operational procedures, and governance material
Contribute to service reporting, KPI follow-up, and continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in operational meetings, reviews, and service follow-ups
We are looking for
Background in Information Systems or equivalent practical experience
Good understanding of IT Service Management principles
ITIL Foundation certification
Good communication skills in English, both written and spoke
