Senior Finance Project Manager
About this role
We are looking for a Senior Finance Project Manager with extensive experience, for a consultancy assignment at a leading energy company. This is a full-time role from May 3rd, 2026 to December 31st, 2026, based in Solna (Stockholm) with a hybrid setup (three days on-site and two days remote).
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects within the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process across multiple business units
- Drive process improvements, automation and digitalization initiatives
- Support leadership in strategic planning, structure and follow-up
- Define project scope, timelines and deliverables using OKR frameworks
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders across the organization
- Drive change management and communication activities
- Contribute to related finance processes such as Order-to-Cash (O2C) and intercompany flows
- Mentor and support process experts in project management and execution
- Ensure control of schedules, deliveries, contracts and costs
