Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join us and help us make the right decisions at the right time for our Welcome to Bloxburg, an award-winning, top-performing experience on the Roblox platform. In Bloxburg, millions of players design their dream homes, take on various jobs, hang out with friends, and explore a vibrant town filled with creativity and life.
You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our data, maintaining and building actionable dashboards, and investigating trends in the data. Therefore, it’s important that you feel at home in data analysis and statistics and enjoy working independently.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and explore large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights
- Collect, clean, and process data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Monitor and interpret key performance metrics, highlighting meaningful changes and opportunities
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to measure the impact of product and design decisions
- Communicate findings clearly to cross-functional teams, translating complex data into actionable insights
- Collaborate daily with teammates to align on priorities, insights, and ongoing analyse
