Tasks:
Perform installation, setup, and commissioning of rotating machinery and AMB systems
Conduct system tuning and calibration to meet operational requirements
Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and control issues
Work with balancing procedures, including using AMB sensor data for unbalance correction
Conduct performance validation tests, including vibration analysis, stability checks, and
control loop tuning
Collaborate with design, R&D, and service teams to optimize system performance
Prepare technical reports, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and Mechanical Run Test (MRT)
documentation
Train customer personnel on system operation and maintenance
Ensure all commissioning activities comply with ISO, API, and other industry standards
Travelling to OEM and End User facilities worldwide
Post-commissioning technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance, emergency service
requests
Collaborate with the R&D team to test, verify, and streamline new features and tools
Must-have:
Willingness to travel internationally to customer sites for commissioning projects 30-80% of time
Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics, Automation or equivalent electrical
engineering background
Strong knowledge of industrial automation, control systems and power electronics
Knowledge of AMB technology, control systems, and diagnostics is an advantage
Experience with PID tuning, vibration analysis, and system balancing is desirable
Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and control system principles
Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and system documentation
Ability to work in the field, sometimes in challenging industrial environments
Good written and spoken English skills
Proactive and innovative mindset
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice-to-have:
Soldering skills and understanding of PCBs
Basic Linux experience
