About the role
As a core member of our Card Services team, you will own the mission-critical systems defining the Qred VISA experience. This role bridges the gap between high-resiliency financial architecture and the future of AI-driven development, providing end-to-end ownership of features that solve complex cashflow problems. You will be instrumental in Scaling our product across new markets. If you want high-impact ownership in a fast-moving, mission-critical domain, this is it.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain highly resilient backend services using Node.js to support massive transaction volumes and real-time payment features.
- Drive the evolution of our AI-SDLC, leveraging advanced tooling to accelerate delivery speed without compromising on security or performance.
- Ensure system stability by taking full ownership of automated testing and DevOps practices within a microservices environment.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Tech Leads to drive Fintech innovation.
Requirements
- We are looking for a senior engineer with a structured approach to problem-solving and a drive to build scalable frameworks. You should be motivated by technical precision and thrive in environments where you can drive alignment across teams and maintain a high bar for code quality.
