About this role

We're looking for a Product Analyst to join our team and partner directly with Product and Engineering squads to turn data into actionable product insight. You'll sit within the Product Analytics team (Data Division), reporting to the Product Analytics Lead.

You’ll help us protect honest people online by:

Partner with Product Managers and Engineering leads as an analytics partner, owning the data narrative for your product area(s)

Design and deliver dashboards from product portfolio metrics to customer-level performance views

Design, run, and analyse A/B tests and experiments providing rigorous statistical guidance on sample sizing, significance, and causal inference

Conduct deep-dive investigations, e.g. product funnel diagnostics, or customer behaviour patterns

Proactively identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities in data and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders

Support data governance initiatives

Live in the data, and love simplifying complexity

3-5+ years of experience in a data analyst, product analytics, or data science role.

Extensive experience in SQL

Solid understanding of A/B testing methodology, statistical significance, hypothesis testing, and causal inference

Exposure to Python for data manipulation, ad-hoc analysis, and statistical modelling (pandas, scipy, etc.)

Experience building dashboards

Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders

You’re an especially awesome match if you have:

Advanced SQL

Familiarity with dbt

Experience with a B2B SaaS or tech company

Experience with identity verification, fraud detection, or fintech domains

Exposure to predictive analytics or machine learning techniques

Experience with data governance

Experience with communicating to senior non-technical audiences
