This position reports to: Global Program Manager,Procurement Digit

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive innovation and lead the project executions within the procurement function in ABB. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your informal leadership skills by leading the project team members (internal & external) to achieve project requirements, deliver agreed deliverables, and meet the committed project result.

You will be hosted in Electrification Business Area (BA) and in the P2P & Digitalization organization. This role is contributing to building best in class procurement systems globally across all BA/ Divisions in ABB. Main stakeholders are our business stakeholders and end user of the existing as well as new systems.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid. This is a global role with preference of candidate from Vasteras, Sweden, Heidelberg, Germany, Cracow, Poland, Zurich, Switzerland, Bergamo, Italy & Helsinki, Finland

You will be mainly accountable for:

Driving innovation mindset within the team and organization. With an external mindset look for and evaluate new system opportunities, applications & functionalities.

Leading the project execution/ implementation, establishing the project team, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.

Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials. Report progress, status and issues.

Closely collaborate with external service providers, implementation partners and support teams to ensure system is running according to ex
