We are now looking for a ServiceNow AI Developer/Architect to join our growing team. Sofigate's AI team builds AI solutions on the ServiceNow platform for Nordic and European enterprise clients. We have delivered several GenAI solutions, AI-powered agents, and Now Assist solutions across industries ranging from manufacturing to telecommunications. We are looking for a developer who learns quickly and wants to grow into an architect role.
What you will do: Build GenAI applications, Now Assist solutions, and AI agents
Implement LLM integrations, prompts, and AI Search solutions
Automate customer processes using agent-based solutions
Work with tools such as Flow Designer, Scripted REST, Python, Azure OpenAI, and Claude Code
Learn from an experienced Lead Architect who has built solutions for some of the largest companies in the Nordics
What we expect from you: Interest in AI: personal projects, experiments, or demonstrated experience
3+ years of ServiceNow experience across common modules
Willingness and ability to build new solutions using GenAI and agent-based tools
Strong problem-solving skills and motivation for independent learning
Interest in understanding how technical solutions create value for customers
Fluency in Finnish and English
We also value: Understanding of ServiceNow's AI product suite (Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Agents)
Experience with agent-based development tools (e.g. Codex, Claude Code)
Basic understanding of Azure OpenAI
Ability to discuss technology at a business level
