As an Inbound Account Executive - Nordics, you'll work with inbound leads from the Nordic region, guiding small and medium-sized businesses through their first steps with SumUp and helping them choose the right solutions for their needs.
Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads generated by our marketing team across the Nordic markets - qualify, consult, and convert
- Connect with small and medium-sized businesses via phone and email, building trust in both English and your Nordic language
- Deliver tailored product demos and clearly explain how SumUp solves real-world business challenges
- Manage your pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring structured follow-ups and efficient lead conversion
- Track your performance, report on results, and stay aligned with regional targets
- Collaborate closely with the wider Nordics team to share insights about market trends, customer behavior, and opportunities
- You'll Be a Great Fit If You
- Speak English fluently and one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian) at professional level
- Have experience in a phone-based or customer-facing role (sales, support, retail, hospitality, etc.)
- Feel confident engaging decision-makers and building trust quickly
- Are curious about fintech and motivated to understand the Nordic SMB landscape
