About the role

The access control SW program encompasses everything from cutting edge software solutions to smart partner integrations as well as embedded firmware for our comprehensive hardware portfolio. As a Software Project Manager in Access Control, you will be responsible for leading SW solutions within the program, collaborating closely with team leaders, project managers, team managers and the product manager. We act with an agile mindset, and your role will involve leading and navigating complex projects within this framework. You will play a crucial role in understanding the technical dependencies between teams, making sure everyone works together seamlessly towards our shared goals.
