We're looking for an experienced, commercially driven Partner Success Manager to own, nurture, and grow our relationships with major Finnish telecommunications partners. In this role, you'll be the commercial engine and the bridge between F-Secure and our partners, not just running quarterly check-ins, but actively driving sell-through revenue, enabling partner marketing and sales teams, and executing co-branded Go-To-Market campaigns that make a real impact on subscriber growth.
You'll work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and partner management, collaborating closely with both partner teams and F-Secure's internal Product, Marketing, and Sales functions. Your goal is clear: make F-Secure the most successful and easiest cybersecurity solution for our partners to sell.
Our estimated base salary for this role is 4500 to 6000 €/month, plus a performance-based Sales Incentive Plan (SIP).
This role is based in Helsinki, and we work in a hybrid setting with team-agreed ways of working. This role will require occasional travelling within EU area on a quarterly level.
