Senior AI/ML Engineer

About this role

Responsibilities

• We’re looking for an experienced AI/ML engineer. You will design, build and deploy high-impact solutions used by major financial institutions and regulators.
• You will primarily work on building production-grade AI and ML pipelines focused on Large Language Models (LLMs), including RAG systems, LLM-based agents, and document understanding workflows. Some projects may also involve classic ML and Computer Vision.
• Our machine learning team is small, so you should be comfortable with close collaboration and frequent knowledge sharing. At the same time, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.
• You will have the opportunity to influence how projects are developed and to shape the customer experience. You will have significant freedom to experiment and propose new solutions.
