Team Lead, Field Expertise

Do you have a passion for technical excellence and a drive to lead from the front? Are you a "hands-on" expert who can bridge the gap between field operations and product development? If so, we are looking for a proactive leader like you to head our Field Expertise team.

In this role, you will be responsible for our global installation experience. You will lead a distributed team of experts while remaining connected to the field. This is not just an administrative desk job; your technical insight will directly influence our product development and the quality of our partner network.

You will lead a team of specialists across different time zones, including two members in the United States and two in Finland. While you will be based at our headquarters in the Pirkanmaa area to collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, your work will have a global footprint.

Your day-to-day includes:Hands-on Team Leadership: Leading a global team across multiple time zones by staying connected to the field, which includes traveling roughly once a month (domestic and international) to ensure technical excellence and a "lead player" presence.

Strategic Development: Improving the overall installation experience by providing field-based insights to internal R&D and product development teams.

Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as the technical point of contact for global dealers and service partners to communicate changes, and develop training.

Quality & Systems: Overseeing installation quality and tracking progress through Salesforce or similar ticketing systems.

You are a seasoned professional with relevant experience in similar responsibilities for example in leading maintenance, technical field operations or electrical automation. You may also have developed your leadership skills in project management roles.
